		<description>The point of this is that McCloud is taking what might otherwise be viewed as a junk medium, and largely viewed as junk media, and completely legitimizing it. This has to do with New Media, because, like all new media, its taking the old and merging it with this completely new frame (har har) of mind which completely repurposes it. Of course, if you want to relate it to the internet, daily and weekly strip comics, languishing and dying on the printed page, have found a renaissance on the internet.</description>
